    Evening tea for two

We brew a small pot after dinner. No bitterness, no grassy shock, just a calm, fresh flavor that pairs well with fruit.

    Decaf that doesn't taste "flat"

Posted by Isaiah on 5th Nov 2025

Many decafs taste hollow; this one keeps its character. Soft umami up front, bright greens in the middle, silk on the finish.

    Even tastes great lukewarm

Got distracted on a call and came back to a lukewarm cup—still sweet and smooth. That’s rare.

    Travel teapot approved

I used a tiny 200 ml travel kyusu. Two short steeps (1:30, then 2:00) delivered elegance on the go.

    Gentle sweet corn note

Posted by Arthur Marshall on 5th Nov 2025

If you like the softer side of green tea, this has it. Think sweet corn and fresh-cut grass, with a tidy finish.

Big, intact pieces that open up fully. The brew is clear with no murky sediment—looks as good as it tastes.

    Lovely with food

Paired a cup with sushi takeout. The clean, slightly savory edge complemented everything without overpowering.

    Grandpa-style works too

Posted by Anika B. on 5th Nov 2025

Leaves straight in the cup, 170°F water, sip through. It never goes bitter, just gradually sweeter—surprisingly convenient.

    Great with a lemon twist

Posted by Colby W on 5th Nov 2025

Just a tiny strip of lemon zest lifts the sweetness. Still tastes like proper sencha, only brighter.
